Moving kinda slow right now. I may have over did a little too much recently. Tryin to heal up again. It's after 1 am and im crampin up pretty good right now.

Yes Barry you beat me to it about Al, I thought from some of his earlier post when Al got home events seem to take over and he as usual over stressed himself. Al I hope you are on the mend as it will be a slow process but worth it once the cold weather passes.   :cheers:

funny you guys. At any rate, I have to go back to the doc on thursday. Maybe he can tell me why my lower back keeps popping with a thud then I get continuos throbbing pain. Hope a screw or something like that isnt loose. It is definatly slowing me down

My prayers are with you Al, hope the Doc can find something simple that is wrong with your back. Both you and Peggy have had a few problems these last few months and the strain takes its toll, all the best Thursday.   :cheers:

pins and cage are still tight with no damage. Change up on physical therapy and 6 more weeks off before considering to go back to work :faint:
