Before I had mine recovered, I almost bought one with the plastic core.  They were about half as much as a recover.

Hey Jason, where could you get a dash recovered for $200??  The ones from Just Dashes & Ultimate Rides (through a vendor) run in the $800 range.

For the record, dash caps should be avoided unless you are on an extremely tight budget as you get what you pay for which isn't much!

I paid a little over $600 for my recover from just dashes.  I took it to them and picked it up to save on shipping.  This was a few years ago, but plastic dashes I was looking at we're about $350.

no track time, street car only. not sure why,but i have had this car since 1979. i love to go to the track only to watch. the only time that i drove down a track was in someone else's car, back in high school,a long time ago. this car has been apart for a long time(again). i have just started working on it again for 4 weeks now. i have most of the body work done on the rear half.just put some primer on it last night. (block- block- block).
