    1970 Black TA Challenger for sale

    Extremely rare 1970 black Challenger TA for sale

    * One of 14 black TA's known to exist
    * 1 of 1 Black TA with Red interior
    * As of July 2009, Only 275 TA's were kwown to exist Rallye dashes, and this car has Rallye Dash.
    * NOM Correct TA340 warranty motor.
    * Automatic transmission
    * Manual steering
    * Rallye wheels
    * Original style polyglass belted tires (new).
    * Less than 300 miles since rotisserie restoration.
    * As seen at the 2010 Carlisle building T invitational display
    * This car was on display at the Dash-Worx both at the 2010 Natioanals.
    * As seen at the 2010 Carlisle building T invitational display
    * Price is $75K.

    Thought I might not like it, but turns out I love it!  The Black TA stripe along the gloss black body is fantastic.  Didn't know only 10% of the TA's built came with the rallye woodgrain dash. Very Nice on all accounts and seams to be priced right, even in this market. 

    The only thing missing is more pictures! (The attached pics are nice, allbeit large for my pc to handle).  Thanks for sharing.  Good luck with your sale.

    I assume you registered this TA with Barry?

    Yep, Greg is a registry member. The car is the only black T/A I know of so far with the red interior. It is quite stunning.  :thumbsup:

    I do not know where the Rallye dash info came from though? That data does not exist as far as I know.   :dunno:

    Woops! I picked that up from your TA Registry newsletter, only 275 cars (as of July 2009) of the cars listed have Rallye dashes, so my engineer brain simplified that into about 10% of the cars produce, which is inaccurate.  Would it be accurate to say "only 275 TA's known to exist with Rallye dashes"?  (The number has probably changed since July 2009...)

    1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.
