22" rad support to a 26" rad support?

what do i need to do this swap? can i get the required parts of another model? stupid had a complete 26" support in a challenger a while back and like an idiot i junked the body and didn't think about it. also can this be accomplished with the car assembled?

can it b done with a 440 in it? the car is complete i'm fixin to buy a new rad. and would like it to bolt in right. also can i cut this out of another body style?

That is the part you need to make the conversion. I think you can also use the same part from a 71-74 B-body. You can install it with the engine in place, but its a lot harder to get access to everything.

Another option is to mount the 26" rad in the 22" opening by making some mounting tabs that allow you use the existing 22" bolt holes.  Worked for me.

didn't think about that. hopefully the car will be took apart next year then i can do it the right way. nice engine compartment too!!

Put a 26" radiator on my 22" opening also.  Just drill 2 holes and your good to go.
