Is this in any way the same type of thing?
Would the 70 have a 198 on the fender tag?
I have one too!

The 198 motor is coded E22. It was available in 1970 and 1971 cars. It was the base motor in the A93 option. Optional motors were: E24(225+1), E44(318+2), E61(383+2) and E63(383+4). All these motors were also available on non A93 cars, EXCEPT for the 198.
71 A93 cars had the option of having a regular vinyl (H6) interior, both of ours do have that. They also have plastic plugs(colored to match the interior color of the car, mine are brown) in place of the rear window roll up handles instead of the metal ones used in the 1970 A93's. Also in 1971 the steering wheel is a textured black plastic insted of a smooth black plastic rim used on 1970 cars. You could option your A93 car with anything that you could get on a 1970 or 1971 Barracuda, including a rubber bumper or bumpers. The only things I can think of that were not available on A93 cars were, power windows and a convertible top.
