so, now that its all done, how would you rate your experience with Hagarty? if you are hppy with them, your car sure would make a great promo for them! what a turn around! 
All in all, Hagarty was fair. I thought they would be more open to paying me the actual damages and subrogating it out to the other company than they were in the beginning. After I asked them to get back to the adjuster they hired, they did and then came up with the money, albeit a bit begrudgingly. The moral of the story still is to over-insure the car by 10-20 percent, and then if there's a serious claim, there won't be any arguments. I'm still with Hagarty's, but I upped the coverage.
