whats the correct look fro 70 challenger rear bumper guards.

I have two sets of 70 rear bumpers that im about to send off to be rechromed and the rear bumper guards are different one has an open end on the bottom and the other is close also one has a rubber pad and the other is just chrome. which is correct ?

Both are correct. The rubber pad was an option. You don't see those that often.
