If you don't need the engine to fulfill some desire/need, then sell the 392 wisely (they're worth money to the right person) and use the money to buy yourself the Mopar 360-380hp crate and get more power than the 392 and a factory warranty, too!

THANKS GUYS I DECIDED TO GO WITH A 440 STROKED TO A 500 WITH ALUMINUM HEADS NOW WHAT KIND OF HEADERS WILL FIT WITH NO PROBLEMS AND YES THE 392 IS FOR SALE

Welcome to the site.  I feel it is also a personal preference.  Though fi you wanted my  :2cents:, I'd go with the 440.

From what I understand most headers are a nightmare to fit into the engine bay with a big block. But TTI makes some that fit without any modifications to the pipes (ie hammering them flatter to make them fit).
Cuda is gone :(
