"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

I installed the Reilly Motorsports suspension(mock up) in a couple of days. The install was flawless and went together easy. Next up is checking the fit of the wheels ,brakes and Hydroboost mock up

I started today welding up the holes in the firewall, the smooth look is what I am after. Also started to install the brake , hydroboost, Hydraulic clutch. some fabrication was required to shorten the brake pedal rod as I got the hyroboost unit off a Astro Van and rebuilt it. I made the adaptor plate from 6"X7"X1" 6061-T6 solid aluminum. The brake line for the right side runs behind the firewall.welded in 2 studs and mocked up the vintage air unit so the bolts don't show on the firewall also reversed the studs on the gas pedal. The upper cowl will need replacement so I left it alone for now.
