I moved the Cowl to inner fender bars for more Tire clearance. What I did was cut a hole into the lower cowl to mount the bars on the kick panel area, I have a 1/8 plate that will support the bar at the cowl also.The lower cowl had some rust pin holes, After carefully cutting them out , I made some patches. I sandblasted the cowl area and used some Rust Bullet (like POR 15), then etch primed. I punched new holes in the New AMD upper cowl and RH side inner fender so I can copy the factory type rosett welds.. Most of the holes in the new parts were welded up. This is how far I got this week
