    a buddy has a chevy engine at the house on a stand sits by my car pulled the car out to check the rear wheel cylinders, there leaking dropped the car backed back in its hole and creased the quarter on that damn motor! the car needs quarters but didnt want a crease in it!!  :swear:  :swear:  :pullinghair:  :banghead:

    That sucks man.....

    My last incident like this wasnt quite as big but just as frustrating....last fall....was using a can of gumout on the carb.....transferred the can from hand to another and managed to bang the front fender with it....chipped the paint...otherwise perfect paint on that fender.

    Dammit.

    Hang in there man....bright side....it gives you an excuse to redo the quarter now!

    im gonna get the hammer and dolly out in a few and try and bang it back out. its not really bad but i know its there which makes it ten times worse.

    I dropped a metal ramp on my GOOD fender last year.  :stomp: Now i need to paint them both!

    Opened the door on the Charger to show my buddy the interior, went a little too wide and, smack-o, right into a spare fender I have for it. Chipped the damn door edge............

    This is my problem too, anytime I mess something up, it's the fact that I know about it, that eats me up.  Even little things that no one else will notice.

    my worst was I pulled the \6 out of my 64 cuda.  If I never did that and just did all the stupid maintenance (hey I was 22 and dumb) I'd still have that car.  Just had to fight the rust monster.  I wish I never did that.
