What's the wait time down to now ?

wish I knew alan, I ordered mine on jan22/14 and never asked what number I was. :banghead: so just kinda trying to figure it out by asking the others when they ordered. I am sure my number will not come up till next summer/fall but not sure.  Bruce

I called Jamie around the same time and he told me a year wait...so who knows, maybe you'll get it for a nice Christmas present....

The guy should have never started selling them until he had a 1000 in stock.... :o :smilielol:

haha, would be nice but I doubt it. I was on another forum a couple months ago and he said they were up to about 40 built, so armed with that info I went the route I did. And yeah he could sell a ton of them right now for sure

Sorry to tell you this, but I will get mine ahead of you.  I placed my order in July 2013......and like many others I forgot to ask my for my number.

I need a new clutch as well, so I was hoping to have it sooner then later, oh well.  I may have to go the overdrive and clutch option as well.

I wonder what the resale value is on a slightly used overdrive transmission is.  :clueless:

yeah, at this point I decided to do a whole 18 spline 4-speed set-up, not the cheapest way to go but for me I needed a 4- speed for my roadrunner anyway so not so much of a problem. I am sure you would get a good price for the O.D afterward.  thx Bruce

This months Mopar Muscle had an install article in an E-Body.  It is the worst article ever written and if I was Jamie I would be livid.  Wait a minute.....How do you write an article on something that fits with no drama?  Seriously it has to be the most lack luster article ever written.  Here is the transmission, take out the old, install the new and change the speedo cable.    Nice work Jamie!

Its not the magazines fault and now that David Freiberger is over it I would expect some changes.  Anyway,  I was amazed that an install article was even done, it was more about adding the 4 speed hump than anything else.  Jamie did his homework and he looks to have a home run.  What I want is the article on how it drives and the driving impressions from the owners.  Overdrive is still the way to go and we need more mopars on the road.

I intend on buying one of these some day if they ever come available. Anyone know how the "list" works? Do I have to pay a deposit or prepay? I don't feel like waiting for two years however.   :burnout:
