Hemi leaf springs
« on: March 08, 2011 - 01:05:14 PM »
Got a price from PST on springs for the back of a 1971 Hemi cuda. They quoted me two different springs. One is stock replacement springs and the other are Hemi springs. But the Hemi spring they say have 6 leaves on the left and 7 leaves on right. Does this sound right? They really used different leaves on the left and right?

I have heard that, but I have 6 leafs a side with my 440. The theory behind it is the engine is leaning to the passengers side when you get on it. Not that you would ever do that with a Hemi.
