    I saw some of those (chitlins) when I was in Arkansas, but just couldn't bring myself to eat one.   :nono:

    Twenty years ago I took the opportunity to visit and take a guided tour of the trip a swine takes as it is being processed into various products at the Lundy Packing Plant in Clinton, North Carolina.

    One comment that always stuck with me was made by the fellow who was explaining the steps to us - "We use everything but the oink."

    Look at that deflection of the right front wheel and tire - that's crazy!! How did that thing stay attached and not shed the tire?? :dunno:
