Meassurements K-frame boltholes.
« on: March 13, 2011 - 09:27:51 AM »
If I read the FSM I get that the distance between the center of the R and L front holes in the frame for
the K-frame is 33.92", is that a correct reading?

16.96" x 2 = 33.92"

The thing that bothers me is the 37.50" meassurement, is that outside framerail to outside framerail?

I'm just guessing here ...but are they center lines of holes ( pick up points) in the frame? :dunno:

Glad it helped, but I can't take credit for it as someone on here posted it and I too saved it.

33.92" fits when I meassure on my car. The drawing shows the framerails going stright to the crossmember but that's not the case, that's why I got confused about the 37.50".
