I realize for this to work we need to all jump at the same time. I'll let everyone decide when, and I'm in then.

But the later the better. I didn't budget for a pad this year so I'm trying to set aside the $$ to participate.

Same here. 1 question: Are the outboard speaker grilles being reproduced? I'd love to upgrade.

I am in whenever.  Preferably before the winter time.  That is when most business slows down so summer would probably be the best idea..?

I'm thinking if Roseville comes to Carlisle then that increases the odds of me coming home with a new pad.  Not sure it will fit in the Challenger though for the ride home?  I would bring my core with me to PA.

FWIW the 582+- for the 70 pad is a good deal.  The other added expenses 75 ea way for shipping +core is a killer.

Dang I got my dash re stored at Just dashes 4 yrs ago for my AAR. Cost a lot more even with my core.
Got a carton from a body shop ( bumper carton )for the dash.
Wrapped the dash with lots of bubble wrap.
Cut the carton to fit inside each other to make more sturdy.
Shipped UPS $58. that was 2007.
UPS insurance covers first $100 .
Carton held up because they used the same carton to return to me.
REMEMBER REMOVE THE VIN TAG  AND I DID GET MY OWN CORE BACK....
Tape your address to dash in case carton gets damaged.

If I come to Carlisle  . . . I could always bring the pads as Roseville is not that far for me.

I should be able to swing that. I'm needing a core as mine will still be on the car at Carlisle. I'm planning the swap during the  following winter. Would you happen to have an extra?

I have a 3 speaker A/C core I can bring to Carlisle.  The ideal situation for me anyway would be to order through the group buy and make the pickup and core exchange at the same time at Carlisle.  Hopefully to avoid the core charge and 2x shipping.  I think a few others feel the same way.  Is this a possibility?
Yes I own a 1972 Dodge Challenger Convertible T/A S/E with a 440 Six Pak. Can it get any more wrong?
