1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Al, you should re-file based on the expert opinion of the spine doctor. Your general practitioner did not have the expertise to diagnose the depth of your injury. Many times, especially with spinal injuries, it takes X-rays and a specialist to determine true cause.
I agree....Specialist is the key word!  I hope it all works out for you!  Good luck!

Thanks, 3 hrs sleep, been up most of the night watching the clock   The operation was around 250k. I had considered re filing a claim to WC. All this caused me tremendous grief.   In the begining, I had contacted an attourny. They had said that they would consider if I was cut on.  This was with the first Doc report.  All I knew was, bottom line, I was working, I felt a pull and then pain from that day forward for many months.  In 4 hrs I will be at the doctors office.  Then go see Bullit99 at his work, maybe catch lunch with him and celebrate my release back into life again.

Exactly the process to get started, and I sure hope you have recovered properly enough to get you back to work, but if not don't fight it or do something around your shop to aggravate your situation.   :2thumbs:  Good luck Al, give Peggy a hug from Pam and I.

You can keep the $35 bucks, heck, buy Peggy a gift from me with it.  Just get better and next time you are out my way, stop by and say hi.
