Custom seat pictures/idea's needed !
« on: March 31, 2011 - 07:32:27 PM »
What customs seats have you seen or have? I really like the E-Body seats but they do leave a little to be desired when it comes to "keeping you planted" during "spirited driving" I found these Viper seats redone in an E-Body "style" thought they looked pretty good! Post up some pictures if you have some!
Sorry for the quality, magazine scan......

This is a couple of pics of the seats that I am currently installing in mine.  They are out of a 09 Audi A4/S4. The VW CC has the same seats, but with a different stitch pattern in the seating area.   They are leather, 8 way power, lumber that moves up/down as well as in/out, heaters, etc.  They fit decent and are comfortable, only draw back was that I had to remove the dropped side bar form the roll bar as I couldn't access the controls.

No problem.  I gave $250 for the fronts and rear seats.  Not sure if I can use the rear seats, but at least can probably use part of the leather to recover the factory seat frames.
