Ditch the centre console and that wouldn't be a half bad looking vehicle.

I read about that car earlier. They didn't last long as they were snapped up very fast. It's about time the Dodge starts to come out with special models I think.

Only 10???  :faint:  Why 10?

I understand that it's not easy to slow production lines for special low volume cars but is this something they could've done at Fredrick dodge?  :clueless:

Thankfully it is just a dealership package and can be made at any time.  It is about as rare as a Mr. Norms or Hurst car.

Nothing special was done by Dodge, it was all done at the dealership.

I think you should re-read that article, maybe you skimmed throught it and missed how it was all built by Dodge to Bobs specs.  Pretty rare car for sure.

Oh I read it.  It is full of some funny stuff.  They might make it seem like it was custom built for him.  But really wasn't anything special.  Just 10 Challengers made in a batch with no special options or anything.  I could do the same thing if I had the cash.  My 09 is custom built for me.  All the "special" pieces were done at the dealership.

Mr. Norms, Hurst and SMS do the same thing all the time.  Buy a batch of cars with all sequential serial numbers.  They spec them out, then have them shipped to their shops and have them customized.  They don't sensationalize it though.

OK, I would love to see the last 9 digits of one of the serial numbers out of the batch and then I could see if it was indeed factory installed options or not on the option sheet and therefore dealer installed as you are suggesting.

I am not going through 50 pages of crap to find a serial number.  When I see one of these in a few weeks I will snap a picture of the information.

The only thing I saw was a "sheet' from the dealership showing the options they choose, and then the stuff they added on.

You can talk to any good dealership and they can do the same things he is.  It is funny, the Frederick dealership was suppose to be closed in the bankruptcy... got lucky and kept the franchise... and now all of a sudden he is a something special?
