Adhesive backing for hood emblem on Challenger power bulge hood

One of the mounting studs found on my "340 Four Barrel" emblem broke off.  Has anyone sucessfully used either an adhesive or double sided backing tape to affix them to the side of the hood.

The speed nuts are difficult to reach anyway and it would seem that there should be something that I could find in lieu of having to purchase a new one.

Just use some 3M Trim and Emblem adheasive.  You should be able to get it at any parts store.

I have used 3M it works, have had no problems
