    Any ideas on what mufflers are on this cuda?

    Sounds similar to the Dynomax Super Turbos behind my 440.  :burnout:

    Great video, really nice scenery.  :thumbsup:

    When I first heard the video, it sounded sort of like Flowmasters.  But from the interior video they don't sound like Flowmasters.   :dunno:

    I asked the person who posted the video so maybe I'll get a reply.

    I think you are right!  :grinyes:

    He emailed me just one word: Dynomax.  I assume Super Turbos?  Are there any others?  I myself like the sound of turbo mufflers.

    Dynomax also makes the ultra flow and race mufflers as well as the super turbos. I vote for the super turbos. but thats just me.   :stirpot:

    The Ultra Flo's are much less restrictive than the old turbo mufflers and they don't tend to drone.  For the ultimate sound, find the clip of Sledgehammer's car with Race Bullets on it...of course ultimate depends on the ears of the listener :D

    The "long" super turbos don't have the drone, but are too long to fit fwd of the rear axle on E-bodies.  The "short" super turbo fits, and I got rid of the drone by adding a pair of round Magnaflow straight thru mufflers alongside the gas tank.  When you put your foot into it you can hear it.  When cruising it sounds good, no drone, not too loud yet my says she can "hear it coming". 
    IMO Don't buy the 3 inch diameter super turbo, they are just a 2 1/2 inch with a larger inlet/outlet, so the internals are still only 2 1/2 inch.
