hpe600rt,Well you wouldn't crash it would you? So I guess you're saying I should rig it so only someone I know would win the drive.LOL. Seriously, I had figured that I would have to put rev limiters on the motor (more to keep someone else from driving it faster than me (lol) than to keep someone from blowin' the motor) but hadn't considered someone with racing experience would crash.What a Buzzkill that would be huh?Well, back to the drawing board for more promo ideas.I mean since you are the first one to respond to that idea and you mentioned the crash scenario right out of the gate I guess I should scrap that idea rather than the car cuz that would certainly harsh my mellow dude.I think the ride along is a good promo and I already have the okie dokie from 4 track owners and my insurance guy so that's a go if I can generate enough interest in that idea.I just want to share my good fortune with others (and make a few bucks on the side along the way).

do the ride along i have driven and owend 9 second cars,anything can happen on a drag strip evean at low speeds,if you want to keep your car in one pice and all the work you put into it dont let a stranger drive it they dont care its not their car and when it all blown up or crashed they dont have to fix it or have no car at all if it is to messed up you do. the driveing with you sounds like a winner to me i would go that way.

hpe600rt,That will definitely happen.Most of the G.C.'s live in or around Detroit so I will be making a trip there as soon as "GOLDIE" is finished.If not for a show or race for a photo shoot with the guys and I would be happy to have a few other folks around to meet them and check out what I have done.Will keep in touch and let you know,Brusco

hpe600rt,will do.Just because I have the car I do doesn't mean I don't have a great appreciation for other rides.All of our Mopars are special as there are so few of them and I'm sure we all put our hearts and souls into them to truly make them our own.Kinda like our kids to us huh? I will probably end up running at Milan since it looks like the closet track to Detroit,I beleive you posted earlier you are close to that track.

its about an 45min or so i was thinking about takeing my car out there as well this year it should do tens all day,iv spent about 50k on it in the last 2 years its all moust where i want it to be.

you must have the wrong persons car, my car is a 2010 hennessey challenger twien turbo i had it sent to hennessey and moded and did some of the work my self and some of the race shops around hear as well i have about 100k into it from buying the car till now and my car is no clone it is the real deal.

no i knew what had happend, just when you type it out it can sound mean but not ment that way i can take some tomrow for you if you would like i havent moved it in 5 mounths lol,coverd up and still on jackstands from when i put on the ccws rims and nitteo drag tires.will try to take some good pics of it as it is hard with work 2 kids 3 and 4 and a crazzy wife lol
