hpe600rt, I have so much stuff from them I just like to get it all out and look at it sometimes.Christmas of 2007 after the big meeting they sent me the original gold silk parachute that was on the car.How cool is that?It is in perfect condition other than a few age rotted rubber bands on the Simpson chute pack,but they were nice enough to throw in a new pack.Brusco

Thats a cool and interesting ride love the history especially the Ronnie sox cars , Mr 4-speed was definately pretty cool Did any of the commando's run against him? Love the Mo-town missle, hell i just love suped up drag racing mopars!!

Oldschool,that means a lot coming from you,thanx.What is the closest strip to you?I already have a list to start with.Most of the tracks are where the G.C.'s once raced,however there are some obscure ones I would like to go to.There are a few that the G.C.'s will attend with the car also,Brusco

 Yeah , My car is in Newb intro's  title Noob from WA state. I have a 1970 barracuda Gran coupe, that will stay a gran coupe but will be all cuda under the hood. By the way your car looks really great and the paint looks excellent. Maybe I will see you race at the pacific coast raceway or PIR. I would pay the 50 dollar admission fee to see all of the old school racers bring em back out and duel again on the tracks. That would be the best imagine your car racing the missle or the sox and martin again.

Here are the first pics of the new motor,still need to trim the plug wires and find a t'stat housing that isn't chrome,and the original chrome breathers will be on tommorow.Then it's ready for the dyno.

hpe600rt,thanx,by the way I will definitely be at a dragstrip near Detroit because Ray lives in West Bloomfield and 6 or 7 of the remaining G.C.'S live close to Detroit also.I'm just not sure yet which track or when. The car was raced at Detroit Dragway but it is long since closed.I really can't post a schedule until we get it running but when I do I will.
