Well I finely got the Challenger back on the road and have been driving to and from school. When i get to around 45 mph or lower if the winds blowing I get this howling sound coming from the heater box this was a a/c car . I have blocked all four of the a/c line ports that go into the fire wall .
Also if it helps I have speed taped around the blower seal, any and all holes in the firewall just to trying to isolate it. I haven't tried to hook up the vacuum going to the environmental controls and have no clue how to or what needs to be hooked up I do know the vac hoses are there.
