I don't know about anybody else, but I dont need GG to tell me if a car is legit or not. Again, until this car is out in the public and proven to be legit, it's existance is as believable as Bigfoot, the Yeti, or the Loch Ness monster!

 :worthless:   and documents!

Says it all.

Sorry Plum!   LOL   What I'm saying is that until someone comes up with the proof positive...I ain't buyin it. Now if someone snags a big aquatic lizard or dinosaur out of that lake in Scotland, I'll stand corrected.  Now Santa Claus....I know he's for real!

LOL Burpin get a photo of him standing next to the Hemi Cuda. And don't forget the carton of Marlboros and a 6 pack of the cheapest stuff you can find. It never hurts to have some bargaining chips. :dogpile:

Hello Cuda Challenger dot com   :burnout:

Jeff from transamcuda dot com told me you guys were wondering about 72 hemi cudas.  Before I go and add to the mud I must state I am no newbie to mopar, born and raised on a mopar till this day and beyond.  For those of you wondering who I am see the story about the cover car April 2004 Mopar Collectors Guide. For your viewing pleasure I have attached a pic of my AAR at warp speed on Watkins Glenn International.

I have no ulterior motives here, just an eye witness report.  I do not b/s about murky subjects such as this but I will tell what I have seen.

:grinno: I will not come back to fight with you about this but flame on if you insisit .  :burn:

:grinno: BTW Be happy Jeff dragged my name into this or you guys would just have to sit and wonder :dogpile:

In western michigan I saw BS23R2B10004X in the woods.  The car did not belong to Ron Adair but to a non mopar character that lived near Ron.  The car sold in the late 90's to a guy in Canada.  The rusty relic went for less than 50K.   No engine but the the car matched cowl/door/tag/fender tag.

The real question is why was the car built and remember now.... almost every one of the special cars that were made and escaped the crusher ended up within 250 miles of Detroit.  Just ask Steve Juliano :eekbig:

Tom Quadrini

Hey Tom, thanks for the info.  From that vin #,this really is an early 72 being the 40th something off the line, so I guess anything is possible with Ma Mopar.  There weren't supposed to be any 71 RT/SEs either, but I know a few did come off the line early in 71.

BTW, Tom, like the others have already said, no flame wars here.  Hope you stick around and enjoy.

Here's his resized pic....Bud

I talked with Tom Q when he was president of the NEHOA...their best pres ever in my opinion. So I'm not going to flame him here, but I gotta see proof of this in the flesh, or at least pics...so i'll remain a non-beliver of 72 hemicudas until then.

INHO, many  old timer mechanics that worked on cars back then, claim to have found beer bottles inside of the doors and who knows what else  My point is that there was a strike around 71. Morale could of been at a low during these years. Thus, they may have had a "who give's a rat's ass what's in this car.  That could be how a 72 Hemi came about. Add to the fact that documentation from Mopar was never accurate then.

Remember this is just a theory!
I have seen some wierd $hit out of Ma mopar!
And I bet you have too! But I'm still looking for a Yeti Cuda! :grinyes:
