    It's not too late to contribute to the fund!!!  Thank you to all those who have been so generous!  ;D

    We were on the chat board last night talking about how CP really needs to go to Carlisle.  Funds, as they are now for CP, make that impossible for him to go.  Soooo, we were trying to come up with ideas to start a fund to get CP to Carlisle. 

    So far this is what we've come up with as a plan.  CP can fly into Ontario for about $260 roundtrip.  4C would then pick him up at the airport and take him across the border to drive down with their caravan.  Topcat suggested he could bunk with him and TwoforNow in Carlisle, then back the same way. 

    I have a feeling most of you feel the same way we all did as we discussed it.  CP has helped all of us with our cars in one way or another and is always their to answer our weird questions and offer advice.  So, my question is...how many would be willing to chip in a few bucks to get CP to Carlisle?  If 26 of us chip in $10, he's there! 

    What do you all think?

    He's helped with everything from timing to trans.
    Plus if my car is doing anything weird down there, he could evaluate it in person. ( just kidding  :tongue: )

    CP the best place for ya to fly into for me would be Windsor. I can be there in about an hour to pick ya up depending on border traffic! I assume there is a major airport there somewhere!  I also assume that the $260 is Canadian currency so we'll have to make sure we collect enough American Money to cover it!! You'll need a ticket for the show and I'll have to set up the bedroom for ya!  Topcat will be here too!! Good thing I have a large home and live by myself!!  :thumbs:  I could get some serious work done on the convert if I hold ya'll hostage!! lol   :grinyes:   :grinno:   :grinyes:   :grinno:

    And of course count me in for a Jackson. Maybe any monies left over could be CP's mad money. It just does'nt seem right to plop him under a tent at Carlisle witrhout spendin' cash... ;)
