I always thought V6x was the billboard on Cudas. Never seen the same code on Barracudas. Shouldn't the stripe on the photo above called V7x (accent stripe)?

You are right. The V6x stripe on the `cuda (BS) cars are the large billboard stripes. Different on the Barracuda (BH)

Oddly enough, it is seldom seen on a Barracuda or Gran Coupe. I have photos of an original paint 1971 Barracuda with the V6X stripe. I will dig out the pictures.
I usually see the V7x stripes on the Challenger models.

Is this stripe V6x or V7x ?

If it's a Barracuda then it has to be V6W which is the only stripe they could get. It would be a tape stripe. That stripe is optionally available on the Gran Coupe, which comes standard with a paint stripe.

I was under the impression that the v6x stripe was the strobe stripe, but I then remembered, that was the 1970 model year strobe stripe. Since I already posted the reply button, I might as well post this picture...
