My Challenger's debut
« on: June 06, 2011 - 06:53:01 PM »
After 6 years of hard work, I finally brought my Challenger out of the garage for the public to see. It was nice to finally sit in a lawn chair and relax instead of sweating and getting aggravated. It still is not 100% finished, but I am close enough to drive it to a show. The slots in front will be replaced with Cragars. It was the only Mopar at the show. The show was a lot bigger than it looks. I took the pic early. There were a few people sporting chevy and ford shirts that couldn't help themselves to check out the only Mopar.

I was actually thinking about putting on the ralley's with the shiny beauty rings. I think that was the 1970 style.

Rallyes would look good, but the 70 style, for me, was Cragar SS on the frt and chromies on the rear, later changed to rear rallyes, Either way, nice car!

Looks great!  Love thew stance!  Ought to look really period correct with the front Cragars!  Makes the Chevelle next to your car look like a slow poke!!!  :poopoke:

Thanks! A lot of people crowded around that Chevelle. I think the Challenger body style is 10 times better looking especially seeing them side by side :2cents:
