Planning on doing the Fox Lake show tomorrow (altho the weather radar show rain coming our way again!). That will be a good test @ 32-33D.

Ok took the ride to FOX LAKE today. Played again w the pump shot before I went. Timing set @ 32D @3K. Good power! Did have an internittent bog issue in a certain range. Kind of had to explain. I'm beggining to wonder if maybe the spring  in my acc pump isnt worn in some way which is causing the constant adjustment. I'm also thinking about another D or 2 of timing. She didnt seem to like 35 but was good at 32 so maybe 33-34? BTW the bog is driving me nuts (and taking the shaker apart all the time is a real PITA)!

Ok, I played with the pump shot more today. There is a bit of difference from where the arm sometimes sits before there is pressure on the diaphram (does thst make any sense?), any way all good! I put the timing back at 35D............ basically NIKKI said BIGS :nono:  She dont like 35D at all. I took her for a test drive and left the shaker off. Under normal or a little heavier conditions she goes but does not seem as quick. With a mouth full at a standing start/from 10 MPH/from 25 MPH a BIG POP and lots of FLAMES higher than the windshield!!  :eek2:
Like I said ... NIKKI says BIGS  :nono:  I put her a 33D and she is one happy girl!  :cooldancing: She's like, luv u daddy!!! So 33D it is. Thanks for the tips, or I'd never got'er done! C-C ROCKS!  :2thumbs:
