thats fine if you have a resto mod, but most of us mopar fans want as close to original as possible.
My guess is that the market for such a one-off for a 71 cuda would be very limited, so you'd be on your own building one.
Now, if youre talking about an aluminum cuda type grill for a late model challenger, your odds would be better.
Where does Mr Norm get his late model cuda grills?

all of the OE trim fits good on the sample we have, all 10 pieces.

I have to agree.  I can't stand plastic on certain parts of vehicles; mainly the front and rear panels.
My 1968 V8 has the plastic grill fins inside an aluminum bezel and chrome ring, all to look grey metal, and the rocker panel under the trim, was grey too, with fins at the back foot, so the added finned Weiand valve covers look stock, add the Eddy intake and Comp. radiator, plus alumunim slots, stock grey paint on trunk trim as well as the dash, means: A THEME= light weight.
Just a simple custom tube grill with head light rings,  for my 1974 would make me happy.

We are still tweaking some things on the grill shell itself, but here are some pictures of the chrome trim pieces.

Yes, the shipping parts be painted black on the interior side per the originals.

Once we get a finished and completed set will take new pictures to quell all fears. ;)

Just got a call from Metro tonight, and the grilles will be going out to those that pre-ordered.  Should see them by mid January.

last week i test fitted the trim on the grille, suprisingly the center c trim fit well, most of them were to long but after trimming they were good, top and bottom fit weel right side fit good, left side didnt fit. the molding is to narrow and would not fit onto the grille, i had an nos piece and it went right on. the head lamp rings were all questionable of mounting and had issues in alignment. these have been addressed with metro
