1973 Challenger Rallye Red

New carb, Magnaflow exhaust, gas tank, Rallye wheels. Rebuilt tranny. Very solid car. Clean interior with newer carpet. Color is Rallye red.
Only issue is two small  quarter size rust bubbles at the front of the hood. Comes with a disassembled 440 complete from carb to pan.

Anything been done to the 318 to improve performance?  Has it been rebuilt or anything?  I can see it has headers and maybe a 4 barrel but what else?
