Thank you for all the kind words.  I am still a long way from being done, but here is a picture that shows off the grill a little better.

And YES, the rear window speakers are coming out!

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

 :2thumbs: Lookin' Good  :2thumbs:

Did you paint the alt black or did it come that way? I like it. Goes with the black brackets, pwr steering etc.

That alternator is made by Tuff Stuff Performance.  It comes powder coated black.  I had a hard time trying to decide between the black or chrome look.  I am glad you like it.

Just as a side note, I went with an orange, polished aluminum, and black engine.  There is one part that I found that I just had to have some fun with and through in a little color right in the middle.  Did anyone notice?

The red wire separator does not count.  That one is temperory for now.

Yeah you got it.  I got that distributor hold down clamp on sale because it was getting discontinued.  I guess they didn't sell too many purple ones.  LOL

I thought that it would make a nice conversation piece.

I was just looking back at some of my old photos.  This car has come a long way this last year.  I  still have a long way to go but look at where I started...

I know the picture quality is really poor but yes, you see a black engine in a black engine well.

THE ENGINE IS RUNNING !!!! WOOT WOOT !!!!

Ok, we still have a bunch to get done before she is road worthy. Having brakes that work would be nice as an example. LOL

Still a long way to go but she is running !!!

Very exciting times for me.
