Broadcast Sheet
« on: June 19, 2011 - 06:45:26 PM »
   When we bought the Cuda we asked if there was a sheet or any other paper work and the guy said  he was told no when he got the car so he never looked...............
Yhank God the trunk latch rod came of the key cylender !!   As I took out the back seat in my head I said " how cool would it be if the Broadcast Sheet was there...turned the seat over and YES!!!!

Bottom of sheet says...remarks: 1265     and under that     01 SPECIAL HANDLING CAR

Top right of sheet in the  SOLD CAR/ SALES BANK  section is a #4

Any one know what these mean?

First, make sure that the build sheet is for your car.  It's quite common to find sheets for other cars.  I found a 73 Cuda sheet in the back seat of my Challenger.  Compare the VIN numbers to make sure the sheet is for your car.

"Special handling" has nothing to do with the cars suspension.  It has to do with how the car was built on the assembly line.  Something on your car was special ordered and the factory needed to do something out of the ordinary with it.  They needed to "handle" it differently then the other cars going down the line.
