Nice project.

Tell us about it. It looks like it has been well taken care of in its past for being original paint.
Are you going to keep it all stock? Or will it be modified? Tags?

Good looking car.
Curious about the tag info also.
Being that stature of car, I would assume your going back to original.?

When I got her, over 10 years ago (yes it has turned out to be a longer than expected project...lol), she did appear to be well taken care of  through much of her life, but parked & abandoned at some point...perhaps in a garage or barn.  Original dried out heater hoses & clamps told a story of originality, but that was combined with a good amount of rust which was evidence she sat for an extended period of time.

Anyway, she's a numbers matching 340 auto with A/C, billboards & wing (2 tag car and buildsheet) .  I will be keeping it mostly stock with a few "upgrades" like 4-speed (fun factor) and disc brakes (safety).  All original parts will be kept safe.

Looking good!

Glad your keeping her mostly original.
Not many two tag cars around.

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.
