Cuda 1970-71
« on: July 01, 2011 - 08:11:34 AM »
Hi,

Finally sold my 68 R/T Charger and are now ready to get my first E-body. Like most people I want a 70 or 71. What I'm looking for is a 110 % rust free car with a nice paint on it. Don't want to pay for show quality! If possible a high impact colored car, but it is not that important. Not looking for painted projects or anything like that. I don't have a big garage to put together a car.

I must be a true BS Cuda and I prefer if it has the fender tag. I also prefer the 71 before the 70, and I prefer manual transmission over automatic. Shaker is a big plus, don't care if it has N96 stamped on the fender tag as long as it is there!

If I can get something like a nice AAR or V-code car I might be able to go to $38-42k, but otherwise I'm stopping at around $25-30k, depending on the car.
I know, this could be hard, but the economy has really started to show, maybe not on the prices, but how many $40k+ cars actually sell for that?

I live in Sweden and if somebody finds a nice car and is willing to go and take a bunch of pictures at it for me, I will pay for the gas and some expenses.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks for looking!

I bought a car a few weeks ago, can't wait to get it home and start working on it. It is, as described by my guy in the US, a really nice 70 'Cuda. I will but a thread in the project section once I get it home.

Thanks again!
