Engine is complete
« on: July 01, 2011 - 06:50:30 PM »
I picked up my motor from the engine builder today.

It's broken in and we did some dyno pulls.

The numbers are 493.8 hp at 5200 rpm and 513 ft lbs of tq.    Just where I wanted it to be.

I will post the dyno sheet later.

And a photo of the motor with the EFI system set on top.

I think so, I am going with a black car and I am afraid that the orange will standout to much.  :dunno:

What intake and carb did it run with?

They ran it with a M1 intake and a Holley 950 cfm, and 1 3/4 hooker headers with a 2 1/2 inch collector.

Thanks Jason.

My engine builder built a 360 for Car Craft magizane.  It made 628 hp, and should be on the news stands arounf Nov.  I can't wait to see what your motor runs.

It's not like your Hemi is going to roll over and play dead either.   :burnout:
