I picked up a trunk divider panel for 18bucks and a 70 cuda grille mounting kit for 60.  Tough shopping with all the rain.

Tom :villagers:

Supposed to be hot and nice the next 2 days though. :2cents:

Some have the misconception that going to a large event the parts will be cheaper, not the case in most cases. only thing your saving is shipping and tax which could be worth it, but lugging parts around is tiring, most of the large vendors still sell at retail but minimal deals until the last day for some,

used parts some still think they are gold and you see them every year,

Bought a few items for the Challenger.  Negative Ground Cable, rubber bumper set, and an emergency brake cable grommet.

Got rained out around 11:30, and spent an hour and a half trying to stay dry before calling quits.  Heading back to NH Saturday morning.  Wish I could have found the CC tent.  But alas, time and weather did not permit.

Hope you all have better weather and luck tomorrow and Sunday.

Cheers

I found some OK deals.  Most of the parts I needed and was willing to pay a fair price for and other stuff was priced to good to pass up.  On the "good deal" end of the spectrum was a rallye gauge light bar for $20 and brand new well lip moldings for a Challenger for $50.

My hotel room looks like a car crash with all the parts.   :woo:
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

Picked up new a -pillar plastic (used) in great shape.....new repop door sills......some rear window trim clips (the guy tells me they can be put on without messing with the rear glass), some big wheel chocks, a standard gauge switch panel with "wiper/lights/dimmer" label in REAL nice shape for $10 (thats my big "find" so far I think)......couple misc mopar/mustang signs/novelties.

Still looking for a rear bumper (ia AMD a good brand?), headlight bezels (the repops I am finding are $125), fire extinguisher (the halon one I found new is $195!! ouch) and some other items for my 92 Dakota.....hoping today nets some real finds.  The rain yesterday sucked, though me and the kid did walk thru some of the worst of it looking.....hey, once you are soaked might as well go on....LOL

Soggy mess yesterday, today will be a hot scorcher.........

Ah, the moderate weather of Carlisle...LOL

Got some decals etc. Ordered legenday seat covers for my challenger and got a great show special deal.

Couldnt find that much though. No where to buy new e body Amd bumpers/ brackets/ quater panels??? I was hoping to pay cash and carry for that stuff but no vendors brought any with them!

I know AMD is retooling the rear bumper guards/bumperettes for the Challenger.  I had many vendors tell me they were out of stock when I tried to purchase them online a few weeks ago.  Supposedly they'll be back in stock mid August.

Found a 72-74 challenger tailight panel for pretty cheap. Didn't find much else. I was looking for a good intake but didn't find one I liked.

Thanks for the info.  I'll know for next year.  I saw they row of E-bodies from across the way.  But, it was starting to thunder and lightning and I had the crew in tow, and their collective interest was quickly dissolving.  So I never got the chance to make it through the most interesting display of cars.   :violin: :crying:

Do you ever make it to any of the local cruise nights here in NH?  It'd be nice to cross paths with you some time.

Cheers
