We may have to work on T-shirts.  Many people keep bringing it up.  I have a local source, maybe I will look into it... less talk more action... hmm

Please just make sure you get approval from Ross ( 69ChargerRT) as this is his site.  I don't think he will mind but . . .

Good to meet you too!  :2thumbs:
Ya that sure was one sweet ride! I can't get it outta my head!  :grinyes: One of my top favourites from the show that's for sure!
so I wonder what they go for these days... 1957 Custom Royal Lancer I typed in on E-Bay and nothing popped up? I bet they are a nightmare to get parts for? I'm guessing you would want to buy one compleate on account of that? ( I know you said you restore them..)
I'd make my own headers too if I had to .... that wouldn't stop me!  :grinno:
I can see a Ray Barton hemi in there, super charged like what that dude had...... I'm just dreaming though... it's not like I have the money or space to build or store another car. :(

You mean I was dead-on...  :)  I said "It's a Henry J - 1951 to be precise."  I just left out the Kaiser name...

The restoration shop that I worked at in 2005 bought a Henry J (not sure of the year, possibly a 52) with the intention of turning it into a demonstration car for the shop.  I took it into our yard and took some photos of it which I loaded into my computer and simulated a 1.5" roof chop, a 2" body channeling, and a 2 or 3" drop with 18" wheels.  Actually looked kinda badass when I was done...

Dunno if they ever did anything with it though.

It's an evaporative cooler, works like a swamp cooler on a house.  You can read about them here:
