Thanks for the idea AL Auto,,can I ask,,did the top of the front end ever rub against the lift 'arm' it looks like it would clear just fine! What did you attach the lift chain or boom/arm  to?  Thanks

Your strut rod washers are on backwards.  That's not how the factory did it.  There were some Moog washers that had wording on them that said to install them that way.  I don't know why.

Thanks Burdar,,but the bushing is different than the factory style. It has a radius on it. The way I have it now conforms more to that 'radius' than the other way? Thanks

Just looked thru this entire thread, very nice build. Going to use a few ideas I saw here on the Hemi build.

Do you have a picture of it?  I'd like to see it.

Forgot to mention,,The Serpentine system can be purchased at www.sdconcepts.com Jerry is a great guy to deal with,,backs his products, and is an excellent Machinist/Designer. There a couple parts you can source like the Dodge Ram Truck 93-97 Denso style Alternator,(I bought a Rock Auto 90 AMP TYI unit,,all new parts with Power rating dyno sheet), Jeep Grand Cher. V-8 Power Steering Pump,(also a Rock Auto Purchase), the Pump Pulley is a Dorman unit,,plastic press on,,cake with the right tool,(harbor freight,,15 bucks), of course you can get those parts from a junkyard as well. The water pump pulley is a billet piece from Jerry or from a Ram truck 93-97 (other years may fit,,I just used those years and MoPar made some changes after 99 I think). The Dodge Ram Truck crank pulley I had in my parts stash,,93-97,,I think after 97? they went with a integrated pulley/damper,,Idler pulley is a Gates, Tensioner from a Chevy Van. Jerry will give you a shopping list or some parts he makes,(pulleys). So you have options to lower the cost somewhat. I am driving this beast cross country and into Canada so I wanted to build extra dependability into this project and ease of maintenance/breakdown time ect

It's 'Home' ,,whew,,everything cleared just fine! I was going to do what AL auto suggested,,but was afraid the dolly wouldn't clear the 'legs' on the picker.
