Welder issues

I have a LinconMig Pak 140.
I kept tripping the 15A breaker so I had an Electrician install a new 20A breaker, wiring and an outdoor receptacle.
I still have to use a 50 foot 12Ga extension cord.

My problem is that after about 15 seconds of welding the breaker still trips!  :pullinghair:

What don't I get?  Am I missing something?   :clueless:

Yep. You didn't take into account the resistance in 50 ft. of cable. Either run 8-10 gauge cable or increase you breaker to a
30 amp unit. Or reduce the length of your existing cable.
If I cant fix it, it's broke

:iagree: its best to plug the welder in direct or run  as short  as of an extension cord as possible and use the 8 to 10 gauge wire
