misc. bolts
« on: July 22, 2011 - 09:02:45 PM »
Okay, after cleaning up a whole bunch of bolts that came with my basket case
cuda, I am finding a whole bunch of metric bolts. So , is there any chance that this 72 might of had metric
bolts anywhere on the body? I didn't think so either. So unless anyone
can say differently I am gonna throw away all of these bolts and start from scratch.  :crying:
If I cant fix it, it's broke

Sorry I forgot to call you back!
Yes, no need for metric bolts. Save em for the junk drawer, or toss em.
I still have a bunch of spares I'm trying to find a home for....

Well thanks for responding Dan. I was starting to feel like the redheaded stepchild.
Yep, I have already thrown all those bolts in the trash. Too bad they weren't right, they had shouldered washers and everything
Still searching through boxes for more bolts.

with the sheet metal bolts it is often easy to get the metric bolts & body clips , especially in Canaduh where they are trying to get rid of Std fasteners
