Rear Deck Lid - Configuration for a 6/70 Production date ... (holes for wing)

would my car have come with a deck lid w/o provsions for the deck wing - was a non deck wing production car?
Someone added a wing years ago and then removed an tried to fix the holes, did a crap job.

Only reason I ask is I believe that somewhere along the way, all lids had provisions regardless of how the car was configured.

If your car was early production 70, then it wouldn't have any provisions.
