what rotors to select????

Looking to replace my front rotors and seeing so many choices.  Probably all cast in china  :roflsmiley:  So what choice,    oem replacements?
Drilled?  :dunno: slotted?  :clueless: dimpled?     :1zhelp: Baer?    Summits brand?  Also see alot on egag.   So many choices what to do,
  Its just gonna be a street car,  possible an occasion trip down capital raceways strip  :burnout:.

I was able to find Brembo-made plain replacement disks for my 73.

Until I pull the trigger on a bigger brake setup, that's about as good an option as is available...

Slotted, etc in factory size with factory calipers is totally pointless IMHO.

Go stock with good pads if you have a power assist setup. I have Cordoba brakes on front and 10" drums on rear with hydraboost, all brand new - absolutely incredible stopping power but as stated by some fairly knowledgable types here - they might not hold up for track type events around corners and straights with respect to fading. But as you said - basically stock use so you should be ok.
Drilled and slotted seems like a lot of bling for nothing for the average joe type use.
