Holley street avenger, Quick fuel, or Proform carb

Street driven 360 Challenger, 4 speed, 3.23 axle gears.   Engine has Edel air gap intake, Edel RPM heads, Ross forged pistons with 10.7:1 compression and .045 quench,  220 duration@.05 single pattern cam with .498 lift, 1 5/8 headers, 3 inch to 2 1/2 inch dual exhaust with low restriction mufflers.  Engine torque is right where I want it for street use.
 
Using Chryco carb sizing 2x360=720 cfm, so I'm looking for around 750 cfm.   Vacuum or mechanical secondaries?   I can keep my foot out of them for gas mileage when needed.   I want to be able to hook up my manual choke cable.

Quick fuel makes the Proform , the Proform are a bit cheaper .
Personally I feel the Proform is the best carb for the $$ & I would skip the choke but you can get the Proform either way , street series has the choke , race series doesn,t
The choice between double pump or vacuum secondary is your call , personally I use the DP but you may need to learn to drive it , flooring it from idle may result in a bog that will not tune out but going 1/2 way in & rolling or going wide open at 2000 rpm will definatly out perform the vacuum opening  .

I just installed the QF 780 VS.  It came out of the box running well.  I have forgotten why I chose it over the the Proform but I found a good price on it and decided to give it a whirl.  I went vacuum as I have a 3.23 rear and am trying to put together a good driver that will get a bit better gas mileage while handling well.  If I were planning on racing it frequently, I would have gone with a dp.

I used the holley SA 870 on my 440.Great carb IMO for out of the box.Bolt and go.

I have a Holley Street Avenger on my 440 and like it as well.
I also use a 4150 Holley DP on my Chevy, easy to rebuild and tune.

Another question please:
With today's pump gas that evaporates so quickly, is anyone having trouble with evap gas deposits in the carb metering blocks??    Are there any issues with dried gas deposits after the car has sat for the winter, or any gasket shrinkage and fuel leakage issues??
I have no problem with shooting carb spray down the air bleeds after the car has sat awhile if that is necessary.

Have a Proform street series 650DP. Took a bit to tune with the cam I have but runs good no complaints.
 Like Chryco said Proform is the best carb for the money.

I haven't been in the carb for anything but a jet and pv change a few years ago.

I have a 750 double pump Proform on my 383 and with the cam and head work that Neil did it works very well.

I ended up buying a Quick Fuel Technology carb, super street series, 750 cfm with annular boosters.  They jetted the carb for my elevation, and told me there may need to be some tweeking of air bleeds/jets to get optimum performance. 
The car runs good, have done some tweeks, and will do some more tuning before the snow flies.
Current jetting for my altitude at 4800 feet:
Primary jet #66
Seconary jet #76
Idle air bleed #71/71
Hi speed bleed #33/33
Primary accel nozzle #31  with pink cam
Secondary accel nozzle #31  with pink cam
Needle and seat #110
Power valve #6.5
