I let kids sit in my car all the time when I go to car shows. Why not? They won't hurt it. If they do I'll fix it. They love to get in and have there parents take their picture.

Ya I do the same. Usually the look on there face when I offer, when they say "REALLY"  (  parents too)  make it worth while!

Charger, Camaro, Mustang are the most common for me.

When I drove my Challenger from Kansas over to California I would get people coming along side with the thumbs up, bikers, truckers and ordinary plastic car drivers as well. When fueling or getting a bite to eat people kept coming up wanting to take pictures. One Lady came bounding over and said that she had one in High School. Now here in Australia and now that it is out of storage people and kids give the thumbs up or the V for Victory sign. There are too many plastic cars on the roads now and from my experience they appreciate a real car.   :2thumbs:

My car isn't on the road so the only kids that really see it are my kids.

My oldest daughter calls it, "The cool car"...

Now maybe I'm cheating a little with the trailer, but I get some of the biggest reactions from the kids. They have grabbed a hold of mom or dad and said stuff like "Wow, look at that!!!" I will let them sit in the trailer and let mom or dad take pictures.

I had two little girls at one cruse that had to go get mom so she could see it too. When they came back we let them sit and mom took pictures. They just loved it. And it's a lot of fun to see the little ones just jaw dropped and stairing at the combo like it was from outer space or something.

Last year i took my Charger to a car show , drove about 30 miles each way , I was checking out the reaction of people in the cars near me , it might as well have been invisable , no one even noticed it even with the rumble & 3 " exhaust !!

Same here.

For most of my childhood dad's Challenger sat in a corner of the garage.  I dreamed about owning that car for years.  Now that it's in my garage, when ever I'm out working on it, my 2 1/2 year old says..."Dad's working on my car."  Maybe his son will say the same thing one day.

I was in a cruise several years ago when a boy about 11 or 12 gave me the thumbs up and said nice Cuda. His dad slapped him on the back and said that's a Challenger, totally embarrassed the kid. Too funny.

Not a prob. Some folks were saying recently that they still have to use dial-up, and some others access the site on smartphones with data rate limits, so whenever I notice a pic that isn't loading quickly I try to do a quick resize.

I was out with friends many years ago.  We had several Challengers.  The colors were all there; purple, yellow, orange, lime green, and others.   A kid said all the cars reminded him of Easter Eggs due to the colors.

I have had a couple of kids ask, dose it have a hemi that's when I point to the 440 on the hockey stripe. When  the lady across the street found out that I was moving she said she was sorry to see my car go because she loves the sound. I guess she wasn't going to miss me just the car.
