I'm still on the fence myself, 4C.  We kinda hit some financial issues and though I know it's not really expensive to just go as a spectator, once I factor in gas and food and entrance fee, it's money better allocated elsewhere...

It is on the judged side of the track  . . . Road side and not the entrance corner.  I think I said that right . . .

If you walk just to the spectator side of the track , it is the corner directly on the other side of the fence. There is a small tree line right along the fence. Only trees in the place

I still don't know if I'm going yet but would like to meet up with members if I went!

Darcy ( My buddy that came to Carlisle with me) and I are still on the fence about going. Darcy can't get the Friday off work and I have am "supposed" to work at the track on the Saturday night. I can miss that though.... no biggie. Darcy has a pair of fenders to pick up that he made a deposit on at Carlisle, and I have to return my dash core to Dave at Roseville..... and shop for engine parts!  :grinyes:

Brad I will be down their on saturday morning sometime until early afternoon. if your coming we could meet at a gate entrance or a swap space. let me know or when you travel by the shop to pick up your other kit.

I'll be over Saturday at 1:00.
Sales were pretty good in the swap meet today. Now if I can sell the car I brought I would be a happy camper. Hopefully the weather stays good.

That is so funny . . I'm sure I didn't blow by him while towing the trailer,   :nono:  I Lost a lot of a tire on the trailer on the way home.   It still had air in it but I wasn't going far.  The trailer I borrowed from my brother who is known to not keep things in tip top condition.   I was lucky to remember to take my spare boat trailer tire and was on my way in about 20minutes.  Pretty glad I grabbed a 4 way also as it came in handy.  All in all it was a good show.  I feel attendance was down this year . . . I guess it must be the economy?

I apologies that I was not able to make it to the 1:00 meet on the show side on Saturday.  It was a long day and I had friends I was entertaining and the time kind of slipped away.

I didn't take any this year. My camera was broke. I usually I take alot. We didn't have a very big meeting. Ended up being myself, Sprecks (Jay), and 71340RT (Jeff, and his son). Jeff, his son, myself, ans Aarcudaden all met for dinner at Stacey's. Had a good time. Good seeing Jeff again this year, and it was good to meet Sprecks. Sprecks and I stood in the same area for probably 10 minutes before we realized we were both waiting on the same thing. I was getting ready to ask if he was with cc, but he asked right before I did.

It was good seeing Jeff again and dinner was good. I never made it to the track as money was just too tight for me to spend the extra cash  :( But at least i made it to dinner and the cruise so not all bad  :bananasmi I think the cruise could be much better if all those loco locals would just keep out of it before they ruin it  :swear:Oh well maybe next year i'll be able to afford to be part of it again.
