    Hi everyone! I just joined and want to say hello. I'm in the process of a resto-mod on a 74 Challenger. I will be looking for parts, info and opinions(on where to find reasonable parts). I have had many Mopars in the past and I am a mechanic by trade so i will try to help anyone if I can. From what I see, everyone looks helpful and friendly. Looking forward to many posts.

    Hello. As per your requests here is a pic of my '74. A little history on it, I bought it a couple months ago from a friend who bought it in 1992 with all the intentions of fixing it up. We had a deal that if he were to ever sell it, I would get first crack at it for his original cost plus whatever he put into it. It sat in his garage untouched (except for him "trying" to remove the gas tank) for nearly 20 yrs until he called me to sell it. Its a complete running car all original except for the wheels and radio (always the first to go). The A/C even works! It has the typical rust around the rear window and A pillars.
    I have a 1970 340 ready to go in it and a 727 trans being built to replace the 318/904. The green roof and interior will become black and the body color I still haven't decided on (the wife wants Plum Crazy).

    Nice!  :thumbsup:  I like the Keystones, I have a set as well, but those in back look to have some serious dish to it, they look like 10" rims, yes?  I wonder if the tires rub the leaf springs of quarters...  :clueless:

    I think they are 14x 10". I haven't really focused on them because I'm not keeping them. They are pretty shot. They aren't near the leaf springs but sit outside the wheel well by about 1.5 -2". Air shocks keep it high enough not to rub.
