Road construction in Heath?

The last couple of years at the Nats I haven't been able to make it to Heath for the cruise.  So this year it is high on our list.  I was searching around last night to find out where they cruise and found an article of road construction on Rt. 79.  Sounded like they were going to have the road milled.  Anyone in that area that can confirm this?  I would hate for it to ruin the cruise.

well heath should be decent they say milling of the road wont start till after this weekend, and that there will be some construction on the west side of the road. the east side withgiant eagle and best buy will be open
