    Drove my car for the first time on the MAIN ROAD!!!!!

    I have been quite swamped with work as of late, but not too swamped to put my car back together and tune it for a test drive.
     :2thumbs:

    We went on our maiden voyage down Woodward Ave on Friday evening!
    Went through the neighborhood first, scaring the dickens out of the neighbors... :smilielol: :smilielol:
    Then out onto Woodward! I drove a very short distance to get gas, then got braver and braver.
    It was backfiring, and a little fussy, but overall, she did well.
    (I had a fire extinguisher JIC)
    Looking forward to a little more tuning, and a serious test drive!

    Congratulations!!  Hard to believe that it's been 5 years since I went to Casa Grande and checked out those cars for you, how time flies. I completely understand the fire extinguisher, I just gave a car I've been working on the maiden voyage around the block with an extinguisher riding shotgun, luckily didn't need it.

    Great to hear from you. Yes, it is hard to believe it's been 5 LONG years. lol
    Funny how things work.
    I drove it down Woodward last night, with DOZENS of other classic cars.. What a  trip.
