Well since you asked....
This is the car my kids affectionately refer to as the “Purple Car”. I guess it’s a generational thing but they don’t get Plum Crazy, their loss I say.
This was originally a 318, 3-speed car that had an oil leaking 340 when I bought it from my brother. What started out 4 years ago as a simple project to stop the rear main from leaking that should only take a weekend, turned into installing a stroke 360. While I was at it I stripped the car back to the firewall and re-built almost everything making it take even longer. I hope to get the body painted this fall so I can stop qualifying as a Rat Rod!
